Here's the deal - these terms govern your use of CasinoLaunch's platform and services. We've kept the legalese minimal, but this stuff matters. Read through it.
1. Service Agreement
When you sign up for CasinoLaunch, you're entering a partnership with us to launch and operate your online casino business. We provide the platform, licensing support, payment integration, and technical infrastructure. You bring the business vision and market strategy.
Our services include:
- White-label casino platform access
- Gaming license consultation and support
- Payment gateway integration
- Game provider connections
- Technical support and maintenance
- Compliance monitoring tools
2. Your Responsibilities
You agree to operate your casino business legally and ethically. That means:
Licensing compliance. You must obtain and maintain valid gambling licenses in your target jurisdictions. We'll guide you through the process, but ultimate compliance is on you.
Age verification. No minors. Period. Implement robust age verification systems for all players.
Responsible gambling. Provide clear tools for deposit limits, self-exclusion, and problem gambling resources.
Payment processing. Handle player funds separately from operational funds. Follow all anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
3. Platform Usage
Our platform is provided "as-is" with 99.5% uptime guarantee (scheduled maintenance excluded). You can't:
- Reverse engineer our software
- Resell access without written permission
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Attempt to breach security systems
4. Payment Terms
Monthly platform fees are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments (7+ days) may result in service suspension. We offer revenue-share and fixed-fee models - terms specified in your individual agreement.
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins. Monthly fees are prorated for partial months.
5. Intellectual Property
We own the platform. You own your brand, content, and player data. Game content belongs to respective providers. Pretty straightforward.
You can't use our trademarks or claim partnership without approval. White-label means your brand upfront, our tech behind the scenes.
6. Data and Privacy
We take data security seriously. All player information is encrypted and stored securely. You're responsible for your own GDPR/privacy compliance in your markets.
We'll never sell your business data or player lists. Your success is our success.
7. Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination happens if you:
- Violate gambling regulations
- Fail payment for 30+ days
- Breach security terms
- Operate fraudulently
Upon termination, you get 30 days to migrate your player database and settle outstanding balances.
8. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for lost profits, player disputes, or regulatory fines resulting from your operational decisions. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
We maintain insurance and follow industry best practices, but running a casino involves inherent risks. You accept those risks.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Material changes require your acceptance to continue service. We won't change terms mid-contract to squeeze more fees - that's not how we operate.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Curacao law (where our main operations are licensed). Disputes go to arbitration before litigation.
